Acrobat  5.0 and 6.0 along with Adobe Reader 6.0 product is required to successfully opened; to view or print  PDF documents  The setting in the products internet section area for DISPLAY PDF IN BROWSER box must be UNCHECKED. This is due to technical issues with the Acrobat & Adobe products being viewed using a Web Browser setting and it's application on our server.

Instructions:

  1. In the appropriate product Go to and select EDIT in the left upper bar area and - select PREFERENCES - then select the INTERNET option - then in Web Browser Options - UNCHECK the BOX labeled DISPLAY PDF IN BROWSER - then click ok.
     
  2. Set your internet option - connection speed to that which you are using as your connection to the internet in the drop down box.
     
  3. Your ability to open the PDF document should be ok at this point.
